6-month commitment required for all memberships. Payments will be made by automated card payments. Credits can be carried over for 60 days. After 60 days, credits will expire. If a cancellation or reschedule is made within two days of an appointment, there will be a 50%-100% cancellation fee which results in loss of credit for that appointment. Memberships cannot be transferred. No refunds. Members will be notified if there are any pricing or membership updates.
